Divided by Design began with a camera. Everything else came later.

I kept returning to the same streets, the same parks, the same neighborhoods.

The challenge was never finding somewhere new. It was learning to see the familiar differently.

Photography became clothing. Clothing became writing.

The medium changed.

The practice stayed the same.

Go outside. Pay attention. Look again.

Divided by Design is an independent creative label based in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, working across photography, clothing, and writing, at the intersection of art, fashion, and music. Its first collection, UNBOTHERED, is designed, printed, and embroidered in Brooklyn. New work is offered first to the Early Access list.
